CPU USAGE

Hi All
My sons CPU is reading 100% usage with nothing running , he dare not use it in case it boils over can some one please advise us what is happening and any possible cures

Press control, ALT & Delete all in that order but keep all the keys pressed until you see task master.
Click on task master. Another window will open showing you whats using the CPU

Hi , the taskmaster seems to be using loads ?? how do i lower this ??

might be missing updates or trying to update.In the search box bottom left of the screen type "check for updates"then select check for updates

I had the same on a brand new laptop, i wasn’t happy.

They still load it with crap that you don’t need so I took a load off it.
