Crashed box blue screen was wooshbuild

Hi,

haven't flashed a box for a long time, so looking for some help.
my box has crashed and wont reboot, my hard drive should have a back-up copy of my settings,.
how do i get it all back up and running

If you flash ATV and then WooshBuild WITHOUT formatting the hdd, you should be able to restore your settings backup.

would you have a link? all i find at the moment is to do it through the computer, which as its a blue screen i guess i cant do
