Cross EPG broken after Powercut

Hi. I've had 4 power cuts in the last 3 days. It's screwed up my Zgemma H2 box the EPG is blank in the guide on Freeview channels but on Freesat channels it's fine I've noticed that it takes 5 minutes to boot up now wasn't like that before would anyone have any ideas?
