CrossEPG issue not downloading EPG

Hi, currently running wooshbuild v7 on a H2S. Everything has worked perfectly for months until I noticed the other day my EPG is not updating. I have tried CrossEPG downloader in the plugins and I get “CrossEPG error: Timout for tuner lock”.

The box is connected to the internet as my IPTV is working fine.

Any help would be appreciated

Check your cables,if it was working before sounds like it could be a loose cable.Also check tuner a and b are configured correctly if using 2 cables.

is the fta or ip*v not populating on the epg?

Crossepg does not use the internet for its info but rather it downloads it directly from satellite. So as suggested check sat cable(s) and if you only have one feed, disable the non used tuner within the tuner setup menu.
