Deezer app disappears

Can anyone help please,
i have a android music player 'Oilsky' which has play store.
I downloaded Deezer app several times, it loads i i can listen to music online and off, all working fine
but as soon as i restart the device or turn off and back on, the Deezer app is gone, it seem to uninstall it self.
Haved tried installing the app on the sd card to see if that would work, but the same problem, disappears,
Any ever had that problem and if so do you know how to fix,

I've not heard of that happening previously (hadn't heard of an oilsky previously either, thank God for Google) and a simple Google search on your specific problem shows nothing.
Is the app disappearing completely, or is it just the widget? What is mean is can you list all apps on the device after restart and it's not there, or is it just the widget from the main screen?
If you go into the play store after restart and you search deeper, does it say already installed?

It's a head scratcher for sure.

The device is a android music player, that i bought for my daughter when the ipod was no longer able to use.
It has other apps but she mainly ises it for mucic. It has the spotify app 'free version' she's been using but cant listen to music off line, so i have the Deezer family account and put that on her device
for playing music off line and she can download her songs.
But as i said the app disappears and the widget on screen after switching on and off, even when i go to play store is says install, so its not on the device,
i factory reset the device this morning, and same thing all over again.

Possible it's a device issue ..maybe not supported by deezer app...worth checking your on latest firmware for the device...if it's a old device that is no longer supported by updates then probably out of luck.

I reset device again to factory settings,
it has spotify, tidal, amazon music, apple and deezer apps installed.
This time i disable google play store, so it would not update apps, the deezer app is v7, and works perfectly and it didn't uninstalled after powering off and on again,
it seems as soon as app updates to new version 8, causes the problems.
But for now using the v7 has solved the problem, playing music online and off.
