Deleted by accident

Hello one and all.
Im running wooshbuild, latest version.
I deleted some programmes by accident, I cant find a bin or locate them in the memory.
Can someone point me in the right direction please? Cheers

If you can ftp into the box, the trashcan folder is usually in hdd/movie.

trashcan is not enabled by default in wooshbuild

Ah yeah, just found it in settings.
Off to IPTV player to try and download it.
