dish position

Hi peeps- interesting problems for all the tech head, had a sly dish installed by sly, and its not pointing 28.2e. Deliberate act by the you know who. When i try my v8s with channel list i cant even pick up fta, but when i scan, i can pick up fta and mostly hd. Any suggestion please? How i can get over this. Can i select another dish position in installation and scan?

Is this a newly installed dish? If so it's more likely that it's the new LNB that's the problem. You will need a hybrid LNB. Search the forum, plenty of users with the same issue. I can't see why it wouldn't point at 28.2e

yes its newly installed dish 3 months old, i hope you are right, that its the Lnb, will order 1 straight away, will universal, and freesat will do?

No idea pal. Recommend searching the forum as some other people have had the same issue. Can't help more than that as I've not had the problem.
