dish stuck on 28.2e

hi can sum1 point me in the right direction here my dish is stuck at 28.2e tried to move it it wont ive done a factory reset as well and it wont move off astra im running the blade box ive yried usals and disecs still no moving gone to thor and started from there and entered my longs and lats still nothing the dish is less than 12 months old

a factory reset erases everything you put onto it,only do it on a cable box not a sat box
