Cable Display Settings 4K

Hi Guys,
Been fiddling with various settings in display settings

Every time I change channel, it flickers and goes black then the channel comes on with a display set at the top of what the requires settings is and what it has chosen!

What are your settings please?

on my 4k box I just have it all set at 1080p works fine excellent picture quality in HD.

You have probably got your display settings on the box set to auto. Change it to 1080p if you got a 4K tv. The tv will upscale the picture.

It's the settings in
Menu/setup/video/Basic Settings
2nd one down.- Automatic Resolution
Choices:
Simple
All Resolutions
Only HD
Native
Disabled
