Dream Plex not working

Looking for some advice.

I have been trying to get Dreamplex to work on my Zgemma H9 Twin. I'm running Openatv 6.4.

The Plugins installed, I've connected my account etc and all the content is showing.

However, when I click on a movie or episode, it just instantly jumps back to the list of movies/episodes? Sometimes I even get the blue crash screen.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? I used to run Dreamplex a couple years ago and it worked absolutely perfect so I'm a bit baffled as to what I've done wrong/what is wrong?

Any help is appreciated.

Total waste of time on E2 boxes and just get yourself an android device to use it.

I have it running on zgemma h9 combo and gigablue box but it can crash easily and I hate the fact it cannot use virtual keyboard nightmare to search for anything it needs updating but I think development stopped 2015.
Did you go through the items in systemcheck in dreamplex ? But Moshibeth is correct it will far better on android.

Most arm boxes have Kodi you could try Plex on Kodi?

Never gave it a thought Plex on kodi to be honest few years now since I last used kodi on laptop or android and only had a quicklook on enigma2.

Kodi works well on the arm boxes but why bother when an android operating system runs plex like a dream.
