Dreambox DM500s limited channels

Hello All i have a slight problem when trying to do an automatic transponder scan for channels particulary for the Eurobird 1 & Astra 2A/2B/2D at 28.2°E sattelite , i scan and it completes the scan however it dosent bring the compete full list of Sky Uk channels and freeview channels such as BBC1 Channel 4 and certain channels such as Sky sports 1 however it finds Cartoon Network and Boomerang , is there a fix for this can anyone help me with this problem, thanks in advance for assistance

i had the same problem with gemini image on the box. i changed to pli jade image, rescaned and found all the channels. so it could be image problem it was with mine just a thought..
