dud?

Hi all I just had a brand new non flashed h2h box arrive.
Plugged it in like I have my others and put the usb in etc, switched it on and all I get is the standby light on.
Would you say this is a dud unit?

My box suddenly did the same and it turned out to be a blown capacitor on the external PSU. Try another plug in transformer to check if is the PSU
