duplex not loading

Have installed duplex on lg smart tv as an app worked initially now wont load on wi fi or ethernet.
unplugged router etc still the same
told duplex not interested yes i have paid
any ideas

Look to see if updates available or uninstall and re install it

Duplex is a very strange app in my opinion. tried it again on my sheild yesterday would not play half the streams which work perfectly well using other apps

Have you thought about a trial from a different provider to see if is app network or provider issue

just a thought , try connecting through your phone with wifi switched off on your phone (hot spot) at least it might narrow the problem down.

Yes, the point above is very valid. Sky have blocked my iptv provider so i need to use vpn on my firestick tho on my smart tv i use duplex too and it will not work via wifi, tho if i connect it to my phone hotspot it works great.
