DW800 HD channel problem!

Hey guys, i've just purchased the Dw800 and was very excited to be getting some HD channels but after i set it up i cannot view any of the HD channels. its connected via hdmi, FTA channels come up fine like bbc1 bbc2 etc. but not channels like sky sports sky movies etc my settings seems correct. Funny thing is my arnet 750 picks up all the movie channels etc so im just baffed to why the dw800 isn't picking it up..

can any1 shed a light on this?

Its okay guys i've sorted the problems..just had to update the box with the Kryptview HD firmware that came out on the 23rd dec.
 
hi, I have basic hd chanels, but no movies in 300's or sky sports 1,2,3. puzzled, i think i have the correct flash?
