Ok, I dont use whooshbuild, you could always try to install it later, as Dsayers says the install script is offline, it should be back up later.

E2istream download and put onto USB and follow onscreen instructions then update to which ever version where on with it or ftp to your box enigma2-plugin-extensions-e2istream_20190623-r01_all is an old version but should update

What I have found works is reflash your box in open ATV goto SETUP - SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT - FLASH ONLINE/LOCAL choose the same image ie if you are using 6.3 reflash with latest version of 6.3 and choose the option that gives you a chance to reinstall settings and plugins. You then get latest Softcam plus latest E2iplayer which should work. You should do a full backup before this process. {just a precaution}
