easy vpn setup

Hi All

Need some advice as I seem to be hitting a wall in getting my i55 vpn setup I get the vitual keyboard up hit return and username does not change same thing with password not saving this is also the same with XE vpn mistified . Can anyone shed some light on this please. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried the green button instead of return? I don't have i55 but the virtual keyboard is the same!
