No probs. I use official vix on both my boxes and have an Edision so if stuck stuck pm me and I'll Teamviewer in have a looksy :-)

Why don't you make an image backup of the working box and flash it to the non working box.

So I downloaded the image backup to my phone using andftp to access the files in the box, went to my other box and uploaded the image backup, used the the menu options to restore the backup and it got to 33% and then froze...eventually unfroze and the line still didn't work
Even tried my existing working line on the box and it wouldn't work.
However on the working box I put the line that isn't working into it and the lines wasn't working so assumed problem with the provider, but when I put my old working line back into the working box it wouldn't work! Lol I restored an older backup and that fixed my working box with the working line.
But the other box is still not working. Hope that made sense to ya. I'm totally lost in this one.
Tomorrow I will use a USB to try and flash maybe that will work better than simply FTP the backup to the box

dont be using same line on other box if plugged into lan as other box will be logged.sometimes a reboot of box and router and restarting of cam starts the ball rolling.
best to reflash if needed and having your line and cfg stored on pc first.
