Edit User profiles in smarters query

Hi all, hope you're all well:
I know how to edit the user profile in smarters pro using the long press and edit selector, and have altered the url in the past.
In the user profile it shows the password as "**********", for security obviously.
So, I know how to edit the url address via "edit" long press, but is there any way to reveal the password or is contacting the supplier again the only option?. I want to move the details to a 2nd stick for taking with me outwith the house.

Would have to get intouch with provider or look in settings then account havnt used smarters for ages
