Have you deleted the EPG?
Delete it and reboot the box.
Import epg again using epgimporter and see if it's correct

Just go into epg settings as @pabloescaban said importer then check the settings are saying yes to clear old epg cache press green to save and reboot

Yes, and I linked you to Abu's post which tells you why it happened. I wasn't sure if you'd seen it.

If it's being powered off, the EPG cannot save to the usb.
Put it into standby
I just switch it off with remote, box is still powered on at mains.
Go into epg importer and disable then delete epg cache, then in epg settings click openepg and able it then your epg will download,
I am assuming it's Sat and Free sat you are wanting and not iptv epg
I changed mine yesterday as some of the afternoon programmes were out!
Remember to save Green button as you go

Is it for satellite channels not IPTV channels?
Delete the EPG then reboot the box then run epgimporter again.
Menu, setup, EPG, load/save/delete, delete it
Its for freesat. Iptv epg is all ok.
Followed the atepa you have said and it keeps being an hour out on itv only.

In epgimporter make sure that 'clear before import' is set to yes.
Then run epgimporter again
