Afternoon everyone my parents box which is a zgemma h2s when they press file list to access there recordings the headings for recordings are overlapping each other I can't upload a pic as I'm not there so going by there description I've never had this problem on my boxes before is there a setting or a way I can explain in simple terms what they can do via my guidance to get where it say like on the buses clearly without midsummer murders overlapping and so on I know bad example but all I could think of and thank you in advance
