Cable EPG showing sky as a provider?

Hi guys,

As I have put in the subject when i push up on the remote I usually have my channels running from top to bottom. I can use the channel button to go through my categories. However now i am seeing provider folders bskyb virgin etc. I am using the sucumansee image, now when i push up on the remote no channels and i have to press blue for favorites. I have configured the autobouqets to virgin only?

Any advise would be appreciated.

Double checked your tuners settings and providers settings in ABM?

menu/setup/system/channel selection settings/always show bouquets set to yes. This will give you you bouquets when you press the up or down button.
As bang ford said in autobouquetsmaker/povider check whats set.
