I am using zgemmah2s recently the wooshbuild logo appeared on the screen and wouldn’t go away so I updated the openatv to 6.3 via the online update now all I see is openatv 6.3 logo and if I go to a channel number I get this message can anyone help thanks

It is to do with the box not getting a signal, can't remember exactly as it's been a while since I've seen it

Are you able to run an automatic scan? Menu -> Setup -> Reception -> Automatic scan?

I checked cables all good and done a service scan and no channels found how should I configure the tuner I never had to do this before also there was no option to setup wooshbuild

No, you would at least be getting freesat channels through it.

DO :

Menu -> Setup -> Reception -> Tuner Configuration and then check both tuner A and Tuner B

My sat tuner config looks like

Check your tuners are both similar,.

EDIT:

I just switched on sly box and it says it isn’t getting a signal

That suggests either your LNB or cables are bad or your dish has moved in the wind
