Error message trying to install XE

Hi, im trying to install Xtream Editor on my zgemma h2h via filezilla. I drag it into the var/volatile/tmp folder.

I then get this error message on the screen. Anyone got any ideas? Tried usb and putty also but they don't work either

are you using it alongside VM? or is the H2h just for IPTV? might be worth trying a backup image from someone else...............

using dsayers image on cable and iptv. I have 2 boxes and the other one is fine

create a backup of the working one and flash the other then reset config, etc

Before you do that, go to Terminal in openwebif
type root, click enter then type this and click enter again
opkg update
reboot the box then try to install Xeaio
