Satellite Error zgemma h7s

Hi just got a zgemma h7s today and flash the image wooshbuild. I've installed all4one as that what i use for iptv. I've ran into this error when trying validate dont think this is anything to with provider but the box? Can please help if possible thanks

Try rebooting the box and then try again.
If no joy remove the plugin
Reboot
Install the plugin again and see if it works

Some suggestions...
Press MENU, Information, About
Model: should show Zgemma H.7S. If not, re-flash box with correct Firmware.
Version: should show 6.4. If not, re-flash box with correct Firmware.
Press BLUE, Software Manager, Software Update.
Press BLUE, Flash Online to re-flash box if necessary
