Eutelsat 16e SuperSport Help needed

i have now moved my satellite dish.
I"m using oscam and vuplus duo2 2
Supersport 1-4 will not open
But Arena Sport 1 Opens.
I don't understand why Supersport channels will not open.
Can someone check if these channels are open

They open with the right line, not all euro lines are equal.

Ask whoever gave you the line if it is supposed to open Supersports, it hard to get a good line for it.

It handles it no problem as i said if you can find the right line.

The Forever Vark type boxes come with 16e.

You are not understanding.
It's got nothing to do with the device or the oscam/softcam/software.

It will only work when you find a line that has that channel.
All the ones you have tried do not have it

You need to ask for DigitAlb package when asking for a test

You need to ask the server people the question not just take the 1st page on there advertisement. That page may not have been edited for years. For example i've seen ones advertising virgin media and sky hd. Ask them and be prepared to maybe pay a lot for them.
