Personally Ancelloti is a coup for Everton. Had been struggling for few years at top level but still top top manager.

Arteta will struggle to accomplish anything at Arsenal with the utter rubbish that is there.

Both everton and arsenal need to find common ground at the min they both have half decent players in the team but need some injection into the playing styles.
Arsenal a few years ago would pass anyteam off the pitch but the premier league is evolving at a rapid pace now and if you dont keep up you will only finish mid table if your lucky.
As for Ancelloti signing i would be happy about that with his success rate at other clubs but thats exactly that they were not everton.
I hope he does manage to turn the team around and add quality new players to the side but when you compare their standard to man city and liverpool they are miles behind squad wise but some good investment could change that but its going to take a while and as we all know managers come and go just as fast as you can blink.
Mourinho has won shite loads of trophies with top clubs but what can we say about his contract at united supposadly at united that backfired bigtime.
