Satellite Existing Line Details

Hi all, I was wondering if anybody can please help?
I currently have a zgemma box H.2H and I'm looking to get the line details off it. I've been told that because my line is multi room that if I get another box I can just put that line on that box? Is this correct? And can anybody help? Thank you in advance

Did your provider not email you the line when you bought it? If not you can FTP onto box and take a copy of your line

Thank you be or getting back to me. Unfortunately my provider did not email me a copy of my line. I'm new to all this so is there a specific way a line should be? 10 digits for example? Thanks k you for getting back to me
