Experiencing Issues w/ Internet: Slow Speed and No Connection

got a new tower which has a total of 149GB it started of fast but is now just the same as the old tower if not a bit slower. {2} the old tower tells me when i replug it in thats there is no internet connection. any ideas peeps as im baffeled on both accounts.
 
give me a tick virus just popped up. were will i find that. brb got to turn of for a min.

thats not right dee for a 20mb connect ask gman but i dont think it good mine is only a 4mb conn
 
Those figures are definitely not right dee.

Turn off your router & leave it off for about 5mins turn it on again. restart your PC while the router is Syncing up. Give it all time to fully start & do a speed test again.

You also mentioned something about a Virus popping up???

If you don't have already? Download MalwareBytes Install & update it & then do a scan.
