Extreme update- will not work

Went onto extream editor tonight and it flashed a message to update. I clicked yes
It then installed
XE 3.0.6 Downloader
XE CATCHUP
XE VOD
XE VPN
All working ok apart from the main XE 3.0.6 Downloader, it will not download anything. All details are correct

Sorry, also the plugins are not showing in the "Remove Plugins" list, as I was going to delete it and reinstall but now can't!!

I think you remove it with a command in putty. Mine is 3.0.5 ,not seen 3.0.6 yet. Have you tried opening XE downloader,press menu and update it again. Also if you remove Xtream Editor you will get a different QR code so you will have to give the new code to your supplies(don't forget to make a note of your old code if you do this)

I had same problem with 3.0.5 but 3.0.6 installed perfectly,just had to delete from python extensions folder for fresh install!!

im having the same problem as above and am certain its the internal memory being full !! what can be safely deleted from the box to make room ????
