Hi is there a better f connecter to coax that anyone would recomend i have a signal that goes anywhere between 0 and about 81% was above 90% i have changed my splitter was fine until a few weeks ago when i moved it i get a fair bit of pixalation so i am hopeing its that and not the tuner on my vuduo2 or is there a way to tell thanks in advance

Ah, ok, is it still a snug fit in your RF socket,?
Perhaps a gentle squeeze n the centre female with some long nose pliers might help.
I have put a nes splitter on and a new cable from the splitter to box and even bought a new tuner as i thought it was loose but it still breaks up i can see on service searching that the agc is good and strong at 91% but the signal is going mad it jumps between 0% and about 81% when its low that's when i get the issue the only thing that is the same is the coaxial to screw connection on back of box maybe that's my next call

I'm not following?
A NES splitter? - surely you don't mean a Nintendo thing?

if you are using those nasty white plastic push-fit cables that VM supply, they're no good for enigma2 boxes, only Tivo.
you need decent cables and a proper F connector for the rear port:

Here's what i have

Power levels etc look fine.
Long shot have a look in your omni box outside to see if you have an inline isolator or splitter because son had a lot of trouble with his because their outside in the elements and his isolator was rusty and causing signal loss etc. Also seen bad exposed wiring outside from poor installation ie cable not buried enough and was damaged by fencing company etc.
Any possibilty to get your hands on another box with a cable tuner to try just to rule out a faulty tuner because this does happen from time to time but rare etc.

Just checked box outside no splitter in there just a straight through connector which seems clean but a poor installation from virgin cable not buried very well and last foot exposed :(

you put a new tuner in the box?
what box is it?
is the picture pixellating/breaking up or is it stop/start?
is it on all channels?
