F5 box usernname?

Hi i have bought a f5 box from sat doc and have received an email from them saying i need to give them the username to activate my free trial. There were instructions as "Now here is how to get the username.Menu/Local network setup/camds setup/cccam cleint setup/manage config file/cccam,cfg and open it.There you should see the server details if its installed ( so0mething like ebaysat*** ) . if its blank let me know so i send you by email the code to enter.thanks" But when i go onto network local setting the only options are- network settin/upgrade by network/network app. Sorry for the long post, any help MUCH appreciated!

You need to press 6666 in that menu to
the "Camds Setup" option to appear in the list
on the right hand side of the screen

Then follow the rest as instructed
