right, so up until today my skybox has worked fine, awitche dit on today to watch and channels are scrambled, now I have checked the line and the line is still active and online, some channels will come on for a few seconds then scramble again, I am connected via Ethernet and have updated both firmware ad channel lists, now I have tried to check my internet connection to the box by using the weather app as theres no youtube app, but it just says no data and the youp*** app dosent load anything either, neither does the xmltv guide, but as I say the channels do come on for a few seconds then lose them again, would this be a internet issue or a line issue please
 
Try a test line, that will eliminate your server provider. if the test line is the same problems as your provider then you will know its an internet problem. if the testline works prefect then you will need to contact your server provider and ask what's going on. :)

Make sure you have a copy of your line before putting a testline on to try.
