Failed to tune tuner B

Anyone know whats causing this
It happened the other day but a reflash sorted it
Running ATV 6.3 latest as of Monday duo4k

Hi pal, had a similar problem, mine was simply a loose sat cable, check your fittings or try swaping cables around, hope it helps, sorry cant help more, good luck !!

Tried swapping them, even stripped them down and remade

Reflashed again and ABM scanned as normal
If I then want to scan in another area, I get the failed to tune error message again. Strange!!

Had the same problem with my f1 tunner b
Configured for 28 east yet my h9twin and h9s
Are good All connected to inverto octo l.n.b
On my multi sat system starting to believe
It is a faulty l.n.b port
