so whats something you have and like, but you dont really need
mine at the minute is a bluetooth bbq / oven thermometer
set a temperature on your phone, it has presets for beef lamb pork plus others, then how you want them cooked, medium, well.
but i use it for baking, for baking the core should be 100.
so before cooking, place the probs in the mix, place it in the oven and you can watch your items cook away, no need to open the oven
