File needed to view iptv from inner portal on mag box

Hi All
I need to know what file I need from my Iptv supplier to view channels from the inner portal please.
I also need instructions on how to do this.

I have the m3u file, I forgot how to load it onto the mag box.

load it on stick m3u file and put in usb go to media and highlight your stick click on file you have option to add or just load.

As soon as I select home media the box locks up, and I have to pull out the 12v supply and reboot the box.
