Find a subscription

I got a zgemma all set up and ready to go 5 months ago,everything was great until a couple of days ago
certain channels stopped working.Sooo after tinkering with it I thought I bricked it.But with the help of
one of excellent how to guides Imanaged to get it going again without certain channels working still,
I was wondering if there was a way to check if the line was still present or do I try and contact the
vendor?
 
If you have reflashed the box & not backed up your line or have the line info stored then you will have to contact your provider for the line details.
