Hi guys i have had this problem on a number of tvs the latest one yesterday 3 hdmi ports on the tv when i place the firestick into any of them i get a picture but no audio used new hdmi cable still the same . last week went to my sisters to install one for her got the same problem any ideas as to how to sort this thanks guys gals.
