Switching my iptv from smart tv to firestick so have a few questions.

- There's various videos and guides on how to set up the firestick,what are the differences between them?

- Any recommended guides to follow?

- Will I need to pay for any additional apps?

- Any recommended apps to download?

Firestick

Go to settings, developer options and allow unknown sources.

On firestick main page click left to search and type in downloade

recommended settings for Firestick for optimum performance?


The following are the recommended settings: 1. Go to Settings > Preferences > privacy settings > Device Usage Data TURN OFF > Collect App Usage Data TURN OFF 2. Go to Settings > Preferences > Data Monitoring > Data Monitoring TURN OFF 3. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > ADB Debugging TURN OFF 4. Settings > Applications > App-store > Automatic Updates TURN OFF
