flashing problem

when i flash from scratch it updates then stays on boot ???
BUT
when i flash with a back up everything is fine it loads up past boot and onto the tv

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

This has been covered before. First prepare the usb stick with the low level format tool, then do a full (not a quick) format using windows. Then, if your box is new, make sure you have renamed the folder to cloudix (from xpeedlx) and change "noforce" to "force". The image will THEN flash.

You may have to update ur bootloader. New images are on updated kernel whereas ur backups are matching ur outdated 1.
