format my H3-2tc

hi someone free to help me format my H3-2tc ive tried using putty and onto a memory stick have not used for years got it out the loft if someone is free that would be great thanks

you don't format the box, just flash it with the latest image for that box, you can do that using a usb stick or using online flashing

yes ive tried lots of ways my box does not read the files H3-2TC box if your free and you have team viewer can you take a look please

what errors do you get? have you unzipped the image file and then put the zgemma folder onto the usb stick, then rename the file noforce to force

you need to flash from usb stick then, search the forum, it's been discussed many times on here
