Formula GTV and Widevine

I'm new to this IPTV thing :)
Don't even have a box yet(should have, but that's another story)
Looking at Formuler Z8, but I see there is a GTV.
The GTV has this Widevine DRM feature.
Will this Widevine restrict any IPTV content ?

Not pirate IPTV no.

DRM security level is only used with the like of Netflix etc
