Formuler Z Alpha problems

I recently bought the above box and quite often channels go black for for 30 mins or so, I have no idea what's causing it, sometimes if I leave it on a channel black it comes on after 15 mins or so but no joy at the moment.

Supplier said to reload portal, I'm not 100% sure how to do this, I think it is go to connections then you have portals option to add portal and next to it is one I am connected to, if I click on this can either disconnect or edit?

Just close the mytvonline app and open it again. That will reload the portal.

I done this, sports channels working but if change to any free view channels they are black which is strange

Try changing to a movie channel or something

Good idea to get the usb tuner for formuler boxes for FTA stuff.

Nah nothing else works apart from the football I was watching, freeview, kids, movies all back until I switch back to football. Not sure if problem with my box or the service, I have a v.fast internet connection?

Get a trial from somewhere and see if you still have the same problems. If not you know it's the supplier
