Dunno if it's my imagination but I'm watching golf at the moment and the picture and frame rate are almost as good as watching on my Tivo V6.
Is it because it's off peak? If server is busy do frame rates get compromised?
When I watch on a Saturday or Sunday the frame rates really spoil the viewing for me.

So when it's busy it does affect frame rate then.
Does it happen on all servers? The one I've got is pretty good.
The frame rate wouldn't bother most people but it does annoy me.

90% of people wouldn't be bothered by it. I'm just a fussy bugger.
Sub is running out soon. I'll try some test lines but they usually don't give them at weekends.

Some will some will, charge especially, with boxing been on tomorrow

Simple guide

The quality factor relates the maximum or peak energy stored in the circuit (the reactance) to the energy dissipated (the resistance) during each cycle of oscillation meaning that it is a ratio of resonant frequency to bandwidth and the higher the circuit Q, the smaller the bandwidth, Q = ƒr /BW.
