any body no how i can get back as virgin media as blocked the site

Use a proxy and/or vpn. Or get a cheap vps (Eastern Europe/Russia) and set up your own encrypted vpn relay link. Any data through a vpn is totally indecipherable by the actual carrier (Virgin media). They dont know where the data is going or the content.
