Freeview from a sky dish

Can I use my existing sky dish and plug it into a Freesat+humax box to get freeview tv ? If yiu can is it just plug n play ? Many thanks

Yeah just plug it in and run a scan sly can't turn the satellite signal off mate so will always be signal from the dish for freesat

Freeview is from an aerial, so you cant get that off a dish

You can get FreeToAir satellite though.

Think that's what he meant lol I call freesat freeview old habits I guess and people look at me confused

Better to use an Enigma2 receiver and connect it to a dish and aerial. You get both then.
