Freezing channels

Hi all, I am hoping someone can advise me . My box keeps freezing , I am still a newbe to this, so don't really know if its me or my N line supplier. I have tried to contact him but with no joy . I have reflashed the box and it still the same. Do I need to look for a new Nline supplier to sort this out . If so, can you recommend one . Thanks for your help in anticipation.

What sat box are you using or is it a cable issue and if so wrong section.

Anyone recommend a good server for satellite - July 2019
Check and double check all your cables in use and try a test line in the link provided and then progress from there etc
