Hi i have a vu+duo with cable tuner which replaced a venton i have a little problem which i had on the older box in that ITV HD and BBC1 HD glitch/freeze nearly all the time the other channels are really good and hardly glitch at all i assume its something to do with my setup but not sure what could it be one of my splitter's and if so how come it seems to only affect those 2 channels

Could be signal level a bit low on VM feed.

Or weak tuners

I did experience a weak tuner only on one receiver i was using, changed it and the issue went away.
 
Hi guys all the cables are virgin and the splitter is as well don’t think it’s the tuners as it did exactly the same on the ventin unibox as ot does on my newer video box with a brand new tuner o bought from wos and earlier I watched itv jd and it was perfect
 
what signal and quality are you getting on the bad channel,are you sure your 100% sure correct net id also?
 
Net is is correct as I am in Cardiff and my closest is Bridgend 0004 and on signal it’s well above 95 and quality above 90
