from vix to openatv 6.3 problems

my lines that work fine with vix
now are poor with atv 6.3 lots of pausing
i uninstalled the cccam and reinstalled the 2.3.2.r1-de
from the plugin menu,
and restarted gui and cam , no better ,so
to check the lines , i reinstalled vix reflashed box and they were perfect .
i like open atv image as i can now use e2i player
does the atv 6.3 image work better with cccam or is it designed for oscam
theres a lot of choices for oscam ,but only one cccam from the plugin menu?
could there be a conflict with e2iplayer and cccam or is there a later cccam that works better with this image ?
any ideas please
 
ok from plugin softcams ,oscam.emu
installed ok
my lines i converted with cccam to oscam and sent both oscam.server and oscam.user files to usr/keys
went tn softcam manager and selected oscam restarted it ,nothing opens tried reboot and restart gui but no luck ,what am i missing?
in oscam info it shows oscam webif disabled sorry but im new to oscam
 
Lines dont go to usr/keys
On 6.2 they went to etc/tuxbox/config/oscam

Dont remember the end bit Oscam?
I used openvix and went here.etc/tuxbox/config/

Yes confirmed as /etc/tuxbox/oscam-xxxxx

Correct, if using atv they go in etc.tuxbox.config.oscam emu folder

If they are cable lines you'll need the extra couple of lines in the reader file
 
thanks guys once i put the files in correct location all good.
just wondered with so many versions of oscam in plugin panel,
do some open extra chans or is there some other reason for so many variations ?
 
You won't get any extra chanels using different versions of oscam.
I'm not sure why there's so many, maybe different receivers require different oscam flavours.
Almost all enigma2 boxes can use oscam emu
