Fuzzy Picture

Hello,

I have a starview 7 box and managed to get it up and running. However the picture is a bit fuzzy and isn't very clear. Does anyone else have this problem? Is this normal?? Its seems to be like this for all the channels.

No car, that is not normal, I dont have one, but it sounds like a weak signal to your box, others will answer you , but in the meantime, check your connections and remove any splitters you might have on your cable

Oh right thanks Wheelo. I dont mean to sound stupid, but what are splitters??

If you are using one, remove it and do a scan from the direct feed.

is your box running straight from the feed, a splitter means you can run more than 1 box.
