Getting a backup off my box??

Can anyone help?

Ive made a back up in backup manager and ive made a backup image too using image manager but when i ftp to the box to get the files to put on to my lasptop to keep safe they dont show up?

Im looking in media/hdd but they aren't there?

I dont want to try to put WooshBuild on my box until ive got a backup of my current set up ;(

Did you back it up to the HDD or sd?
it will be the zgemma folder

it says Device: /media/hdd/

on the backup manger screen in vix so i though it was hdd
